  • What happens if my order is damaged or incorrect?
    If your order is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact our customer support immediately with photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Our printing process begins swiftly to ensure timely delivery.
  • Whats the latest time to place an order for same day delivery?
    To place an order for same-day delivery, you must do so before 5 PM. Orders placed after 5 PM will be deliverd the next day. Refunds will not be provided.
  • What is your delivery area?
    We currently offer delivery in most of London! If you want to place an order to a different postcode please contact us.
  • What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
    Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order to your specified address. If you are not home, we will try to deliver it to your mailbox.
  • Can I specify a delivery time?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a delivery time at this moment. However, we are working on implementing this feature in the future.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept a variety of payment methods, including all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and more), as well as popular digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • How do I calculate the cost of my order?
    The cost of your order is calculated based on the number of pages, colour option and delivery option selected. You can see the total cost before checkout.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    Be the first to know about our latest discounts and promotions by signing up for our newsletter.
  • What happens after I place an order?
    Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process your document and prepare it for printing. You will receive your delivery within the time of the chosen delivery.
  • How does the order process work?
    Simply upload your document, select your colour preferences and quantity. Proceed to checkout and complete your order by selecting the delivery option. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • What file formats do you accept?
    We accept a wide range of file formats for printing. However, to ensure the highest quality and preserve the original layout of your document, we recommend uploading a PDF file. PDF files maintain the exact formatting, fonts, and images of your original document.
  • Can I edit my document after placing an order?
    Unfortunately, once an order is placed, you cannot edit the document. Please ensure your document is correct before placing an order.
  • What is the maximum file size I can upload?
    The maximum file size is 50 MB. If your file is larger than this, please contact our customer support for assistance.
